After your order is crafted with care and production is completed, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below are our estimated delivery times:

• GCC COUNTRIES → 2-5 business days
• MIDDLE EAST & EUROPE → 4-7 business days
• USA & CANADA → 5-10 business days
• ASIA & AUSTRALIA → 5-10 business days
• REST OF THE WORLD → 7-14 business days

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to stay updated on its journey.

To request an exchange or refund, contact us at returncenter@artaplexstudio.com. Once approved, we’ll email you the next steps.

We accept returns if the following conditions are met:

• The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All original tags and packaging are intact.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Artaplex Studio.
